Did anyone really think Cane was going to just let go of his plans to shake down Genoa City? Phyllis did, but as soon as Amanda returned, Cane told her that nobody would expect what’s coming next. Let’s hope it’s good and soapy. With Tamara Braun and Roger Howarth both joining Y&R, theories about the characters they’ll portray range from friends or business contacts of Cane’s to Howarth being a replacement for Tucker.
Meanwhile, despite his parents’ cautioning him on proposing to Claire too soon after his betrayal, thinking it would look manipulative, Kyle is going full steam ahead. Will Claire say yes to the proposal or will these two be apart for a while longer? After all, Holden’s waiting in the wings, Vesper in hand. The other couple imploding has been Nate and Audra. This week, Audra comes clean but how will Nate deal with it? How do you want him to? Do you want them to end so he has another chance with widowed Victoria?
