The Sun revealed how theyΒ had grown closerΒ amid being spotted together on nights out.

Katie, 32, and Max, 30, held hands as they stepped out to the pub together.

One snap shows the pair enjoying their connection by sharing a steamy kiss.

The two also showed their affection for each other by walking hand-in-hand.

Katie played Coronation Street’s Sinead Tinker, while Max is best-known as Ben Mitchell in EastEnders.

Meanwhile, it is not the first time that Max has been involved with a fellow soap star.

He famouslyΒ dated EastEnders co-star Shona McGarty, 33, who played Whitney Dean in the BBC soap.

Max thenΒ moved on with Danielle Harold, 32, who he secretly courted for more than a year before they split.

It was recently revealed that the couple were no longer on speaking terms and had unfollowed each other onΒ Instagram.

He most recently split from actress and director Tori Allen-Martin following a six month romance.
