Late ‘90 Day Fiance’ Star David Murphey’s Family Sells Off His Biggest Asset for 6-Figure Sum

David Murphey, the beloved 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days star, tragically passed away on December 11, 2024, at the age of 66 after battling liver cancer. Months later, his Las Vegas home, his most valuable asset, was sold for $335,000—well above the $190,325 he paid for it in 2004.
David’s sister, Robyn Polinsky, who was appointed administrator of his estate, handled the sale and reported that David did not leave a will. His estate’s only beneficiaries are Robyn and their other sister, Cheryl Hastings. In addition to the house, David owned personal and real property totaling over $300,000, including a business in Montana called Dave’s Nomadic Life and a 2023 Cornerstone 45-B motor vehicle associated with it.
David’s death certificate listed the cause as cardiac arrhythmia and hypertensive cardiovascular disease, considered natural causes, although TMZ reported his year-long battle with liver cancer and over 13 surgeries.
The family described David as a veteran, small business owner, and software engineer, who had retired from the Clark County Treasurer’s office and previously worked for H&R Block and IGT. His time on 90 Day Fiancé introduced viewers to his Ukrainian girlfriend, Lana, and gave him a platform to connect with fans worldwide.
