HOTTES NEWS TODAY!!! EastEnders star Michelle Ryan says ‘thanks goodness’ for Victoria Beckham in unlikely tribute
EastEnders star Michelle Ryan has said ‘thanks goodness’ for Victoria Beckham in an unlikely tribute to the Spice Girls singer.
It’s been a busy period for the actress, who made her full-time return to the BBC soap as Zoe Slater last week after 20 years.
Zoe is currently recovering in hospital after being shot following a tussle between Jack Branning and Ravi Gulati over a gun.
As she was being assessed by her ex-fiancée Anthony Trueman, a series of flashbacks revealed that Zoe gave birth to twins in 2006.
Upon learning that something was wrong with her daughter, Zoe fled the hospital assuming she had died and put her son up for adoption.
It was later revealed that Zoe had an affair with Max Branning earlier in the year, who helped her pay a private investigator to look into where her son is.
After the investigator attempted to assault her, Zoe hit him with a lamp, leaving Max to assume that he had been conned out of the money.
With more secrets to be revealed in the coming weeks, Michelle has been keeping fans updated on the ins and outs of her life on Instagram.
On Wednesday (September 10), Michelle provided an insight into outfit plans for the National Television Awards, where EastEnders is up for Best Serial Drama.
In what appears to have been a last-minute purchase, Michelle shared that she headed to one of Victoria’s stores to buy a dress for the occasion.
It proved to be a successful trip for Michelle, who directly thanked Victoria for her fashion line, which is stocked in over 400 stores in over 50 countries internationally.
“Thank goodness for @victoriabeckham. The first dress I tried on at her flagship store on Dover Street worked. Phew!!
“Thank you Alexandra for your swift help. And @luluj1 for being a brilliant wingwoman. And to the taxi drivers who got us around town,” Michelle wrote.
Meanwhile, it was announced by Netflix on Wednesday that an ‘intimate’ three-part documentary series about Victoria is set to drop on October 9.
The series will follow David Beckham’s wife, who appeared in her husband’s documentary last year, as she prepares for the Paris Fashion Week show.
