Nick Offers Matt Clark a Deal — and Lily Gets an Eyeful of Cane and [Spoiler]

At Society, Lily and Traci catch up and remember Colleen. Their children are precious. Lily confides that hers won’t even come home for Christmas… she’s sure it’s about Cane. Traci assures her the love is there and asks about Cane. Lily admits things have gotten even more complicated.
Lily updates Traci that Cane was her plus one for the Abbott Communications launch. Traci asks why Lily agreed to this. She shrugs that since his company fell apart; he’s seemed lighter. They’ve been through a lot together. Traci remarks on their connection and tells her it’s okay to laugh and have fun.

Talk turns to Jabot and Traci assures her the family’s working hard to save it. Lily’s sorry… Cane is the reason Victor holds all the cards right now. Traci, inexplicably, doesn’t blame Ashby, so this launches a debate. Traci pushes for forgiveness and love, despite what she went through with Martin. Anything is possible. They express their love.

Phyllis’ Plan
In his den, Cane leaves the twins a message trying to get them home for Christmas with Lily. He’ll leave them alone. Phyllis shows up and he asks, “What do you want, Phyllis?”

Phyllis calls him out for the kiss out of nowhere. She thinks they see life the same way. “We should be friends.” Getting up and walking around her, Cane reminds her they were done with each other. She holds out a gift… it’s a puzzle. Cane doesn’t have a gift for her. Phyllis will whisper something in his ear, and he can make the magic happen.
Jane admits there’s “something about her,” but thinks she’s about to work him over. Phyllis confesses she regrets walking away from him. He accuses her of being desperate. Phyllis admits it. She went against him because he caved to Lily and went soft. Now, she thinks the two of them together are the answer. “I need you and I think you know you need me too.”

Cane guesses her deal fell through. Phyllis, allowing him to gloat, admits that too. She explains this will work because they know the worst of each other. “We’re a perfect team.” Cane doesn’t know what he could possibly have left that would be of use to her. Phyllis will steal the AI software back… and then they’ll take over Newman Enterprises. He’ll help her run it.
Where’s Noah? Where’s Sienna?
At Sharon’s place, Nick complains to Noah, via voicemail, about him going radio silent. Sharon appears and learns their son still isn’t returning messages. She wants Noah home now!
Noah, of course, is unconscious at the overlook. He comes to and realizes Sienna is gone.
Back at Sharon’s place, she tries calling Noah, and then worries to Nick that Matt’s got to him again. Nick wants to go track him down. Suddenly, his phone rings… it’s Noah asking if Sienna is with them.

Nick says she’s not and puts him on speakerphone. Sharon reams her son out until he reveals that someone knocked him out and then Sienna was gone. “It was Matt. It has to be.” They have to find them both. Nick and Sharon are on their way to Crimson Lights to meet him.
At Crimson Lights, Sharon fusses over Noah, who is frantic to find Sienna. If Matt gets her out of town now, he may never see her again! Nick asks, “What if Matt didn’t take her? What if she went willingly?” Noah refuses to entertain the idea that Sienna and Matt are working together. Suddenly, he gets a call from Matt, who asks, “Miss me?”
