90 Day Fiance’s Veronica Rodriguez and Fiance Seth Daryoushfar Arrested for Domestic Violence

90 Day Fiancé star Veronica Rodriguez and her fiancé, Seth Daryoushfar, have both been arrested for domestic violence, Us Weekly can confirm.
Rodriguez, 40, and Daryoushfar, 38, were booked into a North Carolina jail on Monday, December 15, according to records obtained by Us.
The pair, who got engaged in September, have both been “bonded out” and are no longer in police custody, per the filing.
Rodriguez accused her fiancé of assaulting her during the exchange. “Seth held/grabbed Veronica causing scratches to her wrists and thighs,” she claimed in the docs obtained by The Ashley. The outlet reported that Rodriguez paid a $500 bond before being released on Monday afternoon. The reality star was allegedly told not to “assault, threaten or harass prosecuting witness,” per The Ashley, seemingly referring to Daryoushfar.
Daryoushfar, for his part, was released after posting a $2,500 bond, according to the publication, which reported that he was also told not to “assault, threaten or harass” his prosecuting witness, which would be Rodriguez.
Rodriguez and Daryoushfar have a court date set for March 3, 2026.
