“We are beyond excited to begin this new chapter in our lives and to welcome a new member into the ’90 Day’ Family,” the couple tells PEOPLE

90 Day Fiancé stars John McManus and Meghan Brown have welcomed their first baby together.

The couple, who got engaged during a season four episode of 90 Day: The Single Life, welcomed their baby, a girl named Rowan Elizabeth McManus, on Friday, Jan. 2, sharing the news and the first official photos of the newborn exclusively with PEOPLE.

“We are beyond excited to begin this new chapter in our lives and to welcome a new member into the 90 Day Family,” the couple shares.

The newborn entered the world at 8:36 p.m. at 6 lbs and 7 oz, measuring 19 inches long.

“Rowan, we already love you more than words can say and can’t wait to watch the person you become,” the couple says. “We’re also ready for the many lessons that come with caring for a baby, learning as we go, mistakes and all.”

John popped the question to Meghan on the 90 Day: The Single Life Tell All, marking them as the first couple to get engaged during a televised tell-all in the series back in 2024. PEOPLE had an exclusive look at the moment when it happened.

In exclusive photos, John, in a dark blue and red patterned shirt and dark red slacks, could be seen dropping down on one knee in front of Meghan, who wore a bright red over-the-shoulder dress with matching knee-high black boots, as she sat on the blue tell-all couch.

Meghan said yes, and he placed the ring, which featured a gold band with smaller diamonds that met in the center of a large diamond, on her finger. She showed off the new bling to the rest of the cast and the two shared a sweet kiss to seal the deal.

“I’ve been single pretty much my whole life and now I’ve entered a whole new chapter and I’m finally engaged!,” John told PEOPLE at the time. “Megan and I are the perfect match and I’m excited about all the fun as well as challenges that come with being married.”
