Former 90 DayFiancé star Chantel Everett revealed the results of her breast reduction surgery four months post-operation on Tuesday, Jan. 6.

The Family Chantel reality star shared two side-by-side photos wearing a blue bra depicting the dramatic before and after of the surgery, which was completed by Dr. Aisha Baron, MD, in Atlanta, GA. In the comments, she said she was “very” happy with the results, and received love from friends and fans alike.

“You look amazing and I hope you’re feeling amazing,” said fellow 90 Day Fiancé alum Tiffany Franco, to which Everett responded, “Thanks girl” with a red heart emoji. “I’m so happy for you. I’m happy you are comfortable and happy in your own skin. Looks like they did a fantastic job,” shared one fan, while another said, “You look amazing!”

Everett opened up about her plastic surgery plans on Sept. 24, 2025, when she shared a video of her breast reduction journey leading up to the operation. “I decided to move forward with this surgery because of my comfort and my health,” she explained. “Right now, I’m feeling excited and nervous, but more than anything, grateful to finally be on the journey to healing and feeling like the best version of myself.”

Everett first rose to fame on Season 4 of 90 Day Fiancé with then-fiancé Pedro Jimeno. Their intercultural relationship — from Pedro’s arrival in Atlanta on a K-1 visa to the ups and downs of living together — quickly became one of the franchise’s most talked-about love stories. She later appeared on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? and 90 Day Fiancé: Self-Quarantined, before the couple got their own spinoff.

The Family Chantel ran for five seasons from 2019 to 2023, documenting their marriage and family dynamics that strained their relationship and ultimately caused their divorce in 2022.

Everett went on to explore her identity and relationships on other 90 Day Fiancé spin-offs, including 90 Day: Hunt for Love and 90 Day Diaries. Everett found love again with musician Ashley Bowen, who proposed on Wednesday, Dec. 17, at Uhuburg Castle in Helen, GA.
