’90 Day Fiance’ Star Tatha’s Sister Arrives in America Just in Time for Christmas: ‘Creating Chaos’

90 Day Fiancé star Meitalia Tantri, a.k.a. Tatha, got to celebrate Christmas with a close family member.
The TLC star took to Instagram on Tuesday, December 24, with a video of herself and sister Angel doing a dance together. However, their moves quickly turned into a playful fight as they chased each other and threw snow. “When you and your sister try to create content and end up creating chaos instead,” Tatha wrote over the clip, which was set to “Jingle Bell Rock.”
Chaz Mazzota, music producer and friend of Tatha’s husband, James Solis, also shared a glimpse at how the reality TV couple celebrated their holiday in a post on Thursday, December 26. James, Tatha and Angel were tagged in several photos taken at the Cheekwood Botanical Garden in Nashville. In one snap, James and Tatha posed with thermoses in front of LED Christmas trees. Another photo showed the pair bundled up in warm coats alongside Angel.
Angel’s trip to the U.S. comes after Tatha convinced James to sponsor her sister’s visa, despite the past tension between them. When James first met Angel, she admitted that she didn’t trust him and that it felt like he was trying to take Tatha away from her.
“You come to our life, and then gonna steal my sister?” Angel, who previously spread “malicious lies” accusing James of “mistreating women” in his relationships, told Tatha’s would-be husband ahead of their wedding day during The Other Way season 6. She emphasized that she only wanted to make sure James could take care of Tatha.
Though James and Angel didn’t get along, Tatha wanted her sister to come to the U.S. because she felt homesick for Indonesia and thought having a family member there would help. She gave James an ultimatum, telling him she would only return to the States if he helped Angel get there, too.
Tatha and James, who made their debut on The Other Way season 6 in July, got married two and a half years before filming began. However, the couple decided to have a traditional wedding in Indonesia when the Maine native visited Tatha in her country for the first time, as seen on the show.
After the two tied the knot for the second time, James prepared to leave Indonesia, purchasing a ticket back to the U.S. for only himself. However, he and Tatha later revealed during the season 6 tell-all that they were living together in the States again and planned to stay for a while before going back to Indonesia.
